Let us help you put an end to the self blame and shame spiral.
When your metabolism is hijacked, it’s like climbing a mountain with a backpack full of bricks. You shouldn’t have to white-knuckle your way forward—only to slide back down again. At Balance360, we give you the tools, support, and strategy to summit this mountain—and the next one—with strength and confidence.
"It isn't just about calories in, calories out.
It's about genetics, your history with food, body image, upbringing, and life experiences."
- Dr. Julie Brownley, MD, PhD

Spotlight:
Dr. Brownley's Inspiration
With the rise of Ozempic and Zepbound came a landslide revolution in medical weight loss. People flocked to primary care, medi-spas, and online subscription based pill mills —only to be prescribed powerful medications with little explanation and no real support.

My patients returned to me feeling lost. They received no nutritional training, psychological support, body movement plans, or a long term picture for their care. Guided by my oath to do no harm, I knew I had to act.
This isn’t just about weight. It’s about healing your relationship with your body, with food, and with yourself. I started this practice because people deserve better care: thoughtful, sustainable, and deeply human. A space where they feel seen, supported, and never alone. A space where wellness is achievable with caring and balanced guidance.
